  • This is a free-flow session which means you can move between the sauna and cold facilities in your own time.

    If you'd like any guidance on how to get the most out of your session, our hosts are always on hand to provide information and support.

    Come alone or come with friends, everyone is welcome!

  • Our signature guided ritual, balancing heat & cold.

    Three rounds of 12 minutes in the sauna each, featuring music, essential oils and towel waving.

    Balanced with cool downs in between - take a shower, jump in for a swim, or take the cold plunge.

    Please note we do not have indoor changing facilities available at this location.

  • We have different facilitites per location, all of them include:

  • We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to your reserved slot.

    Rescheduling to a different location, date or time is possible up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Anyone aged 12 and above is welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Absolutely! We offer several options for private bookings:

    The Barrel - Noord @ De Ceuvel (optimal for 2-4 people, maximum of 6). Learn more and book here.

    The View - West (optimal for 4, fits up to 10). Learn more and book here.

    Private events such as birthdays, group celebrations and corporate outings are also possible.

  • We offer complementary water and tea (in cold weather) at all locations.

    At Badhus Noord, (non-alcoholic) drinks and snacks can be ordered from Café Soleil.

    At Badhus West, our Living Room has a wide range of cold and cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, ice creams and more.

    Please do not bring your own food and beverages on-site.
