Join us for an immersive evening where our in-house sauna master, Niels, will guide you into the art of saunagus—the ritual of working with heat, steam, and intention.
You’ll discover:

How to stay safe and thrive in high heat
Core towel techniques to move energy and air
How to hold space and guide a powerful session
After completing the workshop, you’ll also have the chance to apply to become a certified Badhus Sauna Master.

The training includes two levels — with the second serving as a follow-up to the first. After completing both, you’ll be paired with a mentor and begin leading sessions at Badhus.
You’re also very welcome to join just for the experience — to learn the fundamentals and skills of the craft, without committing to teaching. 🌿
