Arrival – Your group is welcomed and given a short intro to the space and facilities.

Changing – Settle in and get changed in our cozy changing area.

Sauna Time – Enjoy 1 hour and 30 minutes of private access to our saunas and cold plunge.

Food & Drink – We offer complimentary tea and herbal water. You’re welcome to bring your own cake and candles. If you’d like additional food or drinks, you can set up a tab at Café Soleil.

Departure – The final 15 minutes are for changing and wrapping up, so you leave feeling refreshed and unrushed.

Your booking includes everything you need for a special and relaxing celebration:

• Exclusive access to both of our saunas (each fits up to 15 people):

  – One floating outdoor sauna

  – One indoor sauna

• Cold plunge and shower facilities

• Access to our lounge-style changing room

• Complimentary tea and herbal water

We ask guests to bring their own swimsuit, two towels, and sandals.

Forgot something? Towels and sandals are available to rent on site.

Yes! You’re welcome to add a personal touch to your celebration.

Feel free to bring:

• Cake, cupcakes, or sweet treats

• Candles (non-sparkler, non-firework type)

• Simple decorations like balloons, garlands, or flowers

Please also:

• Bring your own paper plates, utensils, and napkins

• Keep decorations simple—no confetti, glitter, or items that stick to surfaces

• Be prepared to clean up and take everything down before your session ends

We love when guests make it their own – just keep it respectful of the space and the next group coming in. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to check with us in advance!

Yes! Café Soleil is happy to cater for your birthday celebration and can accommodate dietary needs or allergies.

If you’d like to order food through them, please let us know at least 1 week in advance so we can coordinate your menu and timing together.

Each sauna has a capacity of 15 people, so up to 30 guests can use the saunas at once. You’re welcome to invite a larger group, but keep in mind that sauna use may need to rotate if you go over that number.

In some cases, it’s possible to rent only the floating sauna for smaller groups 10-15 people. This is available at specific times and depends on our schedule. Get in touch with us to check availability.

Yes! We have a Bluetooth speaker available that you’re welcome to connect to and use during your session.

If you’d like to bring in a DJ or custom sound setup, this is possible on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional rental fee to cover setup and breakdown time.

Let us know your music plans in advance so we can help make it work smoothly.

We recommend that guests are 18 years or older.

Younger guests are welcome, but must be fully supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please note that the space includes potential hazards such as:

• Open water

• Sharp edges

• Hot Sauna Ovens

Safety is our priority, so we ask all guests to be mindful and ensure children are closely supervised throughout the visit.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your event.

If you cancel within 24–48 hours, we offer a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

That’s absolutely fine—there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere without going into the heat.

We offer:

• A sunny, south-facing terrace perfect for lounging or socializing outdoors

• A spacious outdoor deck with seating where guests can hang out and enjoy the view

• A cozy indoor lounge area with a warm, relaxed vibe

• Complimentary tea and herbal water, and the option to enjoy food or cake with the group

It’s a beautiful setting to be part of the celebration, even without using the sauna. Everyone can take it at their own pace.
